“Bill Type” Selection
Press “Type” button. Display panel will show the Bill type one after another on every press of “Type” button.
Display panel will indicate "Bill type" both by text and different colored background light.
Only one currency type can be processed at a time. Till the next "Bill type" is selected machine will continue to function for previously selected "Bill type" even on switching "On" and "Off" of the machine. The previous displayed details of denominations and total amount of previous "Bill type" processed will get cleared from the display penal whenever bill type is changed.

Setting Counting Function without Verification
Press “Bill Type” button for 2 second machine will mute verification function and   will be ready for counting function muting verification function.
Re setting Verification functions from Counting Function
 Press “Bill Type” button for 2 second machine will mute counting function and   will be ready for verification function.

Select the desired operation: Press “Start” button for a second. Green light located near the button indicates the operation. Blinking green indicates Auto Start. Stable green indicates manual start.

Auto Start: Just insert the notes in the Hopper- Feeder and machine will automatically start picking up the notes one by one for transporting through verification chamber for verification.

Manual Start: Insert the notes in the Hopper-Feeder and press “Start” button and machine will initiate the verification operation and will start picking up the notes one by one for transporting through verification chamber for verification.

Stop Function:
Press “Stop” button to stop the verification function.

Display of denominational vise numbers of notes  & denominational vise total value of the notes as also total number of notes and aggregated value of all notes processed

Go on pressing “Select” Button at the end of the stoppage of verification operation at any desired stage. Display Panel one by one will show up:
a)   Denominational vise number of notes
b)   Denominational vise total value of notes
c)   Total number of all the notes processed
d) The aggregate value of all the notes processed

Display Indication of Denomination of note under verification:

The Display Panel will indicate the denominational value of every note, one by one, when it passes through the verification chamber.  

Display of Progressive value of notes processed online:

The Display Panel will indicate progressive value of the notes passed through the verification chamber every time when a next note passes validity test, irrespective of its different denominational value.   

Display Indication: "Doubtful" with Warning Buzz & Error Message with Error Code on red colored blinking LCD display, leaving suspect bill on the front of bills in the stacker for separation from the machine, not adding to the previously processed & recorded details of valid notes already processed.

Notes passed through the verification chamber without stoppage of the verification process & without Warning Buzz & error message could be safely considered as genuine notes.

The machine stores the memory of data of Rejected notes in it’s memory Bank till “Clear” button is pressed, providing and getting activated for re- checking of such “doubtful” notes with shifted & alternate checkpoint’s verification, so that validity can be re decided on next 3-4 repeated insertion of the same note as some of the security features might have been influenced by external factors causing rejection.

If the same note passes in re checking it could be adjudicated as Genuine.

If the same note does note passes the rechecking, it needs further detailed verification based on the displayed error codes and other factors. The note could be fake or excessively damaged & spoiled note.  

Continuous rejection of the same notes many a time during re verification process indicates either

Existence of spoilage on crucial security features of the note or possibility of the Note being Fake.
